Skincare is personal. If a product doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.
14-day return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be at least 80% full and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@beautydoll.pk with your order number.
- We'll send you a return label within 24 hours.
- Drop the parcel at any Leopards Courier office.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we'll cover shipping both ways and replace it immediately. Just include a photo when you email us.
Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened Urgent Facial masks or on any product that has been used more than 20%.
